How long does the process take?

Are my data and documents confidential?

Yes. Information is used only to assess and issue the certificate. Only the scope and the public identifier are visible to third parties.

Yes. You can include the VERIOK-AI identifier on your website, contracts, RFPs or presentations so any third party can verify it.

Will there be integrations or APIs?

Yes. VERIOK-AI is designed to evolve towards automated integrations, sector APIs and public verification platforms.

Is VERIOK-AI an eIDAS certification?

No. VERIOK-AI is a verifiable technical certification. When requested, it can be reinforced through eIDAS-aligned timestamping issued by accredited external trust service providers. VERIOK-AI does not operate as a qualified trust service provider.

Is this an ISO audit or an official certification?

No. VERIOK-AI does not replace ISO audits or official certifications. It is a technical verification of declared facts and proportional minimum evidence, designed to provide transparency, traceability and defensibility.
